"The level of incompetence her customer service team and agents have is beyond astounding! My request was to change the address of my renter’s insurance policy because I was moving. It took TWO HOURS of my time to do so because they kept listing the wrong address (even when I explicitly gave the correct one in writing) AND kept changing the liability coverage amount (when I specifically requested everything to stay the same as before)!
